Service Description
A private, one-to-one online hypnotherapy session with Graham Barrone. Hypnotherapy uses focused attention, guided relaxation and therapeutic suggestion to explore patterns, responses or changes you would like to work on. You remain aware and in control throughout the process; hypnosis does not involve surrendering control or having something done to you. We begin with conversation so Graham can understand what you hope to explore and agree an appropriate way of working with you. Hypnotherapy is used collaboratively, at a pace that feels right, and may be combined with talking therapy, reflection and practical approaches where useful. No particular outcome can be guaranteed, and hypnotherapy may not be appropriate for every person or concern. If you are uncertain whether it is the right place to begin, you are welcome to arrange a free introductory chat first. Sessions take place online via Zoom.
Cancellation Policy
Last-minute bookings are welcome, subject to availability. If you book shortly before the session begins, there may be limited time for me to review any information you have provided beforehand. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change an appointment where possible. You may cancel or reschedule online up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are normally non-refundable. If the appointment was booked using a multi-session package, the session will normally be treated as used. If you do not attend a booked session without notice, the session fee will normally be non-refundable, or one session will normally be deducted from your package where applicable. Where exceptional circumstances arise, I may use discretion. All changes are subject to availability. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have in relation to an online purchase.
